After ten years of being employed by other general contracting and development firms, I began Landmark Construction, determined to provide a more personal and value oriented service. Over the last 12 years, I have earned a strong reputation for honesty, thrift, as well as in-depth product and design knowledge. It is my contention that any construction project is only as good as the person supervising it’s execution, which is why I am personally manage every project. Our renovation of a 1915 Craftsman, that basically had to be redone, is still (6  years later) the talk and the pride of our neighborhood downtown. His work is impeccable.  His job sites are as clean as any I have ever seen, and he is always responsive. His "extra'" costs were never a surprise, and he always gave us options.   When things happened that surprised us both, he actually shared the cost of the "over-runs" I have built one house and remodeled 3 others, and never have I seen this kind of fairness.
